Stop using generic AI. In 4 weeks, build a system that knows your psychology, your projects, and your blind spots — so every AI interaction starts where you left off.
Reserve Your SeatTake 6 personality assessments and understand how they interact. Build the foundation your AI will use.
Set up a personal knowledge architecture so AI has the right context every time.
Install and configure AI tools that understand your context and style.
Tie it all together into a daily and weekly rhythm that runs on your personality.
I've been building personal AI systems for two years — from a Google Docs add-on that writes in your voice to a personality-calibrated AI mentor. I use the system I'm teaching every single day: weekly planning with saboteur checks, AI rules tuned to my INTP-T brain, and a PARA-structured knowledge base that makes every AI conversation smarter than the last.
Previously: data strategy consultant at Wavicle, McKinsey-adjacent PE work, Fairhope Hackathon winner. I've analyzed 200+ businesses for automation waste and built the frameworks I'm about to hand you.

No. We'll walk through every setup step together. If you can install an app and follow instructions, you can do this. Some sessions use Cursor (a code editor), but we'll use it as a tool — you won't be writing code from scratch.
You'll complete 6 assessments: MBTI, Enneagram, Saboteurs (Positive Intelligence), Human Design, Attachment Style, and Love Languages. These feed into a meta-prompt that calibrates your AI to how you actually think, decide, and self-sabotage. The assessments are built into the Synthetic You platform and included in the course.
One 90-minute live session per week for 4 weeks, starting April 28. Exact day/time will be voted on by the cohort — likely a weekday evening (US Central). All sessions are recorded.
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll also have the cohort community for async Q&A. But the live sessions are where the magic happens — the group discussions and real-time troubleshooting are hard to replicate on replay.
A computer (Mac or Windows), a free Cursor account, a Google account, and a willingness to spend 2-3 hours/week on homework between sessions. All software used in the course is free or has a free tier.
Yes. If you attend the first session and decide it's not for you, request a refund within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. After the second session, no refunds — but you keep lifetime access to all materials.
Yes. The AI Mentor Prompt works with any LLM. Cursor supports multiple AI models. The system you build is model-agnostic — it's about structuring your knowledge and personality data so any AI can use it.
20 seats. Founding cohort price. The system I use every day — now yours.
